Plug the frame into your laptop with the included USB-C cable. It appears as a drive with 9 numbered folders. Drag one MP3 file into each folder, match every disc to the folder with the same number, then place a disc on the frame to hear it play. Lift it off to stop. The whole setup takes about 5 minutes.

No — you upload your own MP3 files. The frame does not arrive preloaded with songs. This means you can load any Christmas carols, holiday playlists, or personal favourites you want. Reload any disc as many times as you like.

Because each frame is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your frame arrives faulty, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. The frame and all 9 discs must come back unused, with no music loaded, in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you using a tracked service. Refund issued within 5 business days of the return arriving with us.

You can add the optional 90 day warranty at checkout. It covers manufacturing and technical faults for three months after delivery. If your frame stops working, send us a short video — no return needed, we ship a replacement straight into production. It does not cover accidental damage, drops, liquid damage, or faults caused by misuse.
