How long until my order ships? +
Every frame is made to order just for you, so please allow 5–7 days for crafting. Orders are then processed within 2–4 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 8–12 business days with tracking. We email you at every stage — order confirmed, in production, and shipped. Most customers receive their frame within 2 to 3 weeks of ordering.
How does it work? +
Plug the frame into your laptop with the included USB-C cable. It appears as a drive with 9 numbered folders. Drag one MP3 file into each folder, match every disc to the folder with the same number, then place a disc on the frame to hear it play. Lift it off to stop. The whole setup takes about 5 minutes.
Does it come with songs already on it? +
No — you upload your own MP3 files. The frame does not arrive preloaded with songs. This means you can load any Christmas carols, holiday playlists, or personal favourites you want. Reload any disc as many times as you like.
Can I put any song on it? +
Yes — any MP3 file works. Classic carols, instrumental versions, your family's favourite holiday songs, even non-Christmas music. Each disc holds one song, and you can change them whenever you want by plugging the frame back in and swapping the file.
Do I need my phone or Wi-Fi to play it? +
No. Once your songs are loaded, the frame plays entirely on its own — no phone, no Wi-Fi, no app, no subscription. Place a disc on the frame to play, lift it off to stop. That simple.
How does it stick to my fridge? +
Built-in magnets on the back of the frame and on every disc. It sticks straight to any magnetic fridge surface — no screws, no hooks, no adhesive, no damage. The magnets are strong enough to hold the frame and all 9 discs securely.
How big is it? +
The frame is approximately 15cm wide × 20cm tall × 3cm deep — roughly the size of a large phone standing upright. Each disc is about 8cm across. Premium acrylic with real weight to it — it feels substantial, not flimsy.
Is this good quality or a cheap gadget? +
It's a proper collector's piece — premium acrylic frame with polished metal corner screws, original pixel-art Christmas artwork, and 9 glossy magnetic discs. The build quality is solid and the finish catches light beautifully. This isn't a plastic toy — it looks and feels like a real piece of décor.
Is it a good Christmas gift? +
The best. It's a rare gift that's personal, thoughtful, and completely different from anything else under the tree. Loaded with the recipient's favourite carols or a family playlist, it becomes something they'll pull out every December for years.
Can I return it if I change my mind? +
Because each frame is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your frame arrives faulty, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. The frame and all 9 discs must come back unused, with no music loaded, in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you using a tracked service. Refund issued within 5 business days of the return arriving with us.
What about the 90 day warranty? +
You can add the optional 90 day warranty at checkout. It covers manufacturing and technical faults for three months after delivery. If your frame stops working, send us a short video — no return needed, we ship a replacement straight into production. It does not cover accidental damage, drops, liquid damage, or faults caused by misuse.
